I just bought a bag of oats to help me add weight. will have 2x cups of oats a day (200g) ontop of my bread. def wanna hit 250lbs sometime this year...once my chest heals it should come soon as my training will be full on

that does look like shit! you're supposed to put it in the microwave for a few minutes.

200g oats is alot, i eat at the very most 160g at one serving...usually between 100-130g

its 100g of oats mixed with milk. Tasted ok once i added teh sugar :)

today i had

12pm Serving of weight gainer
1.30pm 3x bananas
3pm train (2x sports drinks)
5.30pm 'skittles' and 'rolos'
6pm 5 sausages from animal meat
8pm mars duo
9pm jelly and ice cream
10pm porridge and mars duo
Thats me so far today

Same here, I like to dip cashews in it.

Doesn't look like you eat much protein Goudy, high carbs and moderate fat.  It's working for you though.
