Things I really hate in the gym:
1. Feminine music or blaring obnoxious hip-hop music played over the intercom.
2. Guys who grunt and yell while lifting weights. It's not necessary and serves no purpose.
3. Guys who come into the gym with routine lists and cross out things they have completed.
4. 105lb girls who come in and just walk on the treadmill. Girls need to do some curls...Or at least squats.
5. Stinky people who sweat all over the equipment.
6. The groups of guys who come in and do nothing but goof off, talk loudly and lift puny weights.
7. The people who like to do squats on the standing calf raises.
Continue the list of serious things you hate in the gym. (The obligatory dumbass posting some silly bullshit is unavoidable in this thread, so ignore it.)
