Looks a lot harder now than in his last few competitions before his injury. He used to look like he was full of oil all the time.

Still looks like he has a site injection in his right tri but it's probably just sauce. I hope he stays away from the SEOs. He's got a great physique and I think he's only hindered himself by injecting all that oil. Hope he comes in look hard and 100%. When Vic's on, he's unstoppable.

i think vic is the man to beat, but most of the tie it seems like he beats himself. i hope he doesn't end up like chris comier(sp?), the guy who is the man to beat but never shows up 100%.
kai may not have the shape, but he has the drive and the conditioning.

Hmmmm. You might have a point there, Mes. I do think Phil's arms are a bit bigger than Victors even if the rest of him isn't - I'm basing that on the last guest posing they did together. And I agree that Vic has a much bigger chest and a wider and bigger shoulders and back. Would be good to see how he looks onstage at the AC.

just because they bigger doesn't mean they are better for posing. sometime it can throw things off. it could just appear to be bigger, because vic seemingly is the bigger guy between the 2 of them, but in proportion i would say phil's are bigger.
i think has a better flow, but is kind of narrow. not exactly the same but its like comparing flex wheeler to kevin levorne.

I doubt Phil's arms are bigger than Vic's. Phil's arms are based off illusion because of his deep cuts and separation. I'm not sure if anyone has arms with greater separation than Phil Heath, but Phil's actual measurement may not be up there with Vic. Look at this arm comparison with Darrem Charles. Darrem has the better peak, but Phil has bigger forearms and deep separation.

I see what you are saying. Agree about the arm comparison too. In the guest posing clip Meso_z posted, Phil's arms are a bit bigger, but then again, Vic is a lot bigger now than he was back then. So his arms are probably bigger than Phil's. Should be interesting to see how they compare in the mandatory poses in the Olympia.
