The most ripped, and strongest dude I knew pound for pound.
« on: February 12, 2009, 01:17:18 PM »
His name was Kim, and it was about 20 yrs ago, we worked construction together.
He was from Sweden or Norway, but he must have been 150lbs at 5'3'' and ripped to the
bone.  All I ever seen him eat was canned sardines.  I thought he was poor, and offered him
to buy something off the roach coach, he declined and just continued with them there sardines.

Anyone else know someone like this, and what is in them other than protein and omegas that
could keep this guy so freakin ripped and strong.  He was workin 2x harder than me, I was only
17yrs old, and he was 35 going on 20.  Oh, I don't think he trained either.  Just construction,
heavy lifting.
Most are all show no go!

The most shredded I ever was was when I worked as a laborer for a brick laying company for winter and summer breaks from college, I wasn't eating every 2 hours and all that other shit, I was just working my ass off lifting, digging, climing scaffolding, pushing wheel barrows, and carrying bricks. I brought 2 cans of tuna and a Myoplex shake to work everyday and that was my lunch. Sometimes I just think alot of this scientific training and nutrition tactics are kind of brainwashing people, nothing gets you more in shape then pure hard work ;) There was this 50 year old Italian brick layer who I worked with, who was strong as a bull, had endless amounts of energy, and was ripped, he ate nothing but pasta bread and steak...

Dave Quaker, this guy cant be for real.He may be a real person but there is no way this guy is telling the truth about the amount of Oxicodone he is taking. There is no way he could be taking 480mgs per day.He would be either dead, or broke by now.No doctor wil right a prescription for even half that, plus a habit that bad would cost atleast $200 per day to maintain.
Chain saw if you really are tsaking that much Oxicodone, your in my prayers brother. Please go to the doctor and get Suboxone, it is for chronic pain and it will take away your cravings a withdrawal symptoms. If you need to need more informtaion you can PM, me I have  a pretty good back round in chemistry, and Pharmocology.god bless John

Unfortunatly we arent real strong in Canada. My cousin is From Canada, and a great athlete, and well known bodybuilder.
We are  currently looking for a good distribution network for Canada right now.We have just recently conataced Popeyes about picking up our product line. The only challenge with selling our products in Canada is we will have to change some of our formulations , because some of our products have ingredients that are banned in Canada. We would love to have a a strong market in Canada, I just havent found a solid distribution network that I would like to work with.Once I do, I know we would do really well in Canada. Most of our Canadian customers have to order online through Bdoybuilding.com, fitfuel.com  vegasportsnutrition.com,or houseoffitness.net, just to name a few.I dont want to spam the board. If you have any further questions please PM me, you a a great guy, and anyway I can help you I gladly will...God Bless.....John

I had a friend named Art.  Never lifted a weight in his life.  He was 5'10" and weighed 175 (he wrestled at that weight).  Ripped to the bone.  Ate more food than any single person I have ever seen eat except for Grymko.  When you wrestled Art he could hold you down and wrap you up where you couldn't do shit.  And he did this with All-CIF 4A wrestlers weighing 20 to 30 pounds more than him.  He was so fucking strong.  I took him one day to the little gym near us and he barely could bench 180.  Just unreal natural strength.

not that a doctor won't prescribe that much. just they wont prescribe that much if you're expected to live very long. i know a guy had cancer was dieing the doctors gave him all he could take which ended up being 1000 plus mg's a day.
