After retiring the first time from competition, what many do not know is that when Chris decided to do the Masters O that year, he only had 10 months to start training again before the show. That is not saying that he had 10 months to start doing his contest prep and such, but it was only 10 months to walk back into the gym after a long period of not lifting at all and dabbling with some large amounts of rec drugs.
Also, he was following a new age type diet where he was only eating according to his blood type "composition". Which when he explained it to me made no sense whatsoever. Apparently if your blood type is A, you have to eat differently than someone who is type B, etc..
