I laugh at the subject of this thread when you post a screencap of a front double bi with Ronnie killing Nasser.

ronnie has a much better taper (no high lats and long toros) WAY BETTER arms (much more detail in both the bis and the tris, even from the front,, probably due to the fact that, unlike nasser, they are oil free) etc etc.

Hey sherief, not going to say any negitive things about Nasser etc who did in fact have a great FDB, on this board and others everyone has there Favirotes wether its Ronnie, Dorian, Nasser etc etc
Personally i would rate Lee Haney @ his best (1991) and the 1993 Flex Wheeler as having 2 of the greatest FDB of all time its hard to seperate as Flex had superiour arms and flair to his quads, while Lee had a much better complete chest and greater muscle maturity though his whole physqiue, Nasser in the mid-late 1990s had a very complete FDB, huge bodyparts, massive size etc, for the complete package in terms of flow of the physqiue, of all bodyparts, waist, shoulder to hip ratio, full muscle bellys etc...id go with the great Sergio Oliva in 1971-72 some 25 yrs before Nassers prime, this Common shot from a offseason 1971 Sergio to me is one of the all time great FDB shots.
