I was doing barbell rows, 95lbs just warming up & my belt snapped...done, end of story.  Just normal these days & I love it.

No, I will not do the back surgery thing.  My alternative was to do the DRX-9000 therapy https://axiomworldwide.com/DRX9000.aspx.  Add in some adjustments, accupuncture & massage therapy & I am basically good as new.  Hopefully this link works.

I've heard very results from decompression; especially in conjunction with Adequan injections which boost disk regeneration.

I'm thinking about... I herniated S1 2 years ago, 7mm out, it almost completely resorbed but I sill have numbess on my left side :(

That's a big giant slip of a disc.  Sometimes, you gotta just say f**k it & keep on going.
