I'll tell you though, unless you're genetically blessed....you have to earn your legs. My were toothpicks for a while. It has taken me some serious hard work, to bring them up. They are now probably my best body part though. All hard work....
Anyone can go to the gym and do set after set of curls....but it takes a work ethic to push yourself hard, past the pain, and to failure, to the point of sickness even, to build a quality set of legs.
I know this dude right now who's gonna be doing a show here in the next 3-4 months, and he's always training arms. rarely ever legs. And what he does for legs, is pathetic.
