if you are only getting fat and protien im assuming you will be getting no fruits that means no antioxidants your getting. im tellin ya that plan wont work but go ahead and try it, thats the only way for true learning
I learned that from the last time I tried this diet When I say "no carbs" I'm mostly refering to wheat and oats. I have fruit and vegetables. The fruit in the morning or post-workout. Vegetables throughout the day as snacks or a bigger portion with my food.
today i found my self raveously eating foods i wasnt meaning too eat but i fixed that with injesting more milk and coffe mix no water, and sure enough it worksmost people dont realize that when they are hugry and eating junk, say the beginning of a semi binge or some shit, that is best to start guzzilin down some coffe, seems to eliminate that carb cravin and fat cravin. remember whole milk is perfect even a little icey too
