Im confused.
If his year round diet is super clean and looks like YOUR PRE-CONTEST diet,
Then how is his body able to be a muscle building machine eating a contest-prep diet year round?
I didn't mean quantity wise its like my pre-contest diet, I meant QUALITY wise, he eats SUPER clean in the off-season. Hell, his off-season diet is BETTER than my pre-contest diet, cause I will cheat during pre-contest.
I think he downs over 4000 calories in the off-season but REALLY REALLY REALLY clean. Its almost annoying, anytime we hang out he scans the menu to get absolutely healthiest thing, if its not there he will alter so much on a dish just to make sure its bodybuilder approved (THIS IS OFF-SEASON).
I used to train with him, and he was just insane, I thought I was crazy in the gym, but he is a freaking monster. Just goes in there, Lifts heavy shit and gets out, no BSing no socializing, nothing!
I really respect him, the man just gets it!
And to top it off the man graduated college top of his class with a 4.0 GPA with a double major in Economics and Microbiology!!!!!!!!
Fucking does everything the righ way down to a T, he is one of those crazy perfectionists.
