I have come to the conclusion after many years of observing it first hand and other guys confirming as well, what girls look for in a guy are as follows:

1) Guy with the most $$ almost always gets the girl he wants and marries the girl if girl is young( under 30)

2) A girl into her 30's usually wont let $$ be the deciding factor.

3) The 2 biggest physical traist a girl looks for are A) face B) How tall guy is

Living in one of the biggest cities in the country for 8 years I can attest to all of these, especially #1. 99% of young girls (under 30) are HUGE gold diggers.

Very few if any women are going to walk across the street look into your eyes and say Hi I noticed you and would like to get to know you better. You better be able to talk to women and be able to express all those things she is attracted to without coming off too cocky. Confident but not cocky. How many time a day does a woman walk up to you and say how attractive you are and if you can get togther some time.

For me it hardly ever happens and I could count it on one hand. The funny thing is gay guys did it often. I always tell them thanks and its cool but I am not gay and they say thanks and leave. So you homophobes dont freak when a guy gives you a complement.

All things being equal height matters A LOT to women!  So does having a full head of hair.   Money only matters to the women who don't have any.  And even if you have money it still matters what you do with it.  I've dated several wealthy women.........why would they be interested in something they already have?  Women want new experiences, something to brag to their friends about.  They want to think because they are dating you they are different than all their girlfriends.  If it takes a personality, money, height, good looks or any other feature to pull it off that's all that matters.  Saying money matters more than looks or looks matter more than personality is useless and does not reflect reality.
