Kai is weak for a pro, the weights hes lifting are pathetic.

Charles Glass is the True Trainer of Champions! I don't know about that other guy, but it seems that Charles has done more to bring out the best in more guys:Flex, Gunter, Chris Cormier, Kai,etc.

I was just gonna say the same thing.

It's a shame, because those actions he took in the past will always caome back to haunt him.....but that being said, he seems like a very nice, educated guy. Good talker and doesn't seem to take himself too seriously.

Personally I think Kai is pretty awesome. All the past craziness aside, he was doing what he needed to do to get by. He may get dogged about it, but there's no shame in his game, and I respect him for not attempting to hide it. Its not the road I would've walked, but he's gotten to where he is regardless.
