Harry Potter Books

Hello Stewart, I just thought you could clear this up for me, On the inside cover of the Harry Potter books is a shield symbol & underneath it are the words: DRACO, DORMIENS, NUNQUAM & TITILLANDUS, the draco got me thinking, can you please tell me what they mean? Thanks.
Stewart's Reply:
They are Latin DNA code words for the hybrids. They would roughly translate as:
DRACO = DRACO
DORMIENS = DORMANT/SLEEPING
NUNQUAM = NOTHING
TITILLANDUS = EXCITEMENT
Overall = The Reptilian DNA that is locked, appears as nothing, yet is being stimulated. In other words, closed Reptilian DNA sequences are being ignited. Probably via triggers in that book.
