I do squat session to the limit. People ask about my leg growth secret always. There is no secret or genetic at all.
Just ball to the wall hard squat.
Heavy squat scares me. But, its not hard.
Real hard squat is the squat to the failure more than 20 reps 5 sets around.
So, you dont get injured like JP Fux.
Fortunately, I train my legs with Paco and Paco train very hard but dont train heavy like Ronnie anymore.
He does 180kg(4plates each side) with 20 reps full range and squeeze at the top.
If you train properly and hard, you dont need to lift that much.
