Why not? I do it at 37 with 38 right around the corner. Guys usually let family or work obligations their excuse at 40 and over, but it is pure laziness. There is no excuse to let yourself go.

Define keep abs? Flexing the abdomen so that fat makes it looks like you have visible abs, or standing relaxed and seeing the squares that makes up you abs?

Looks like many people have the two confused
. One is 6%, that other could very well be 14+ and claiming, I can still see my abs, I'm ripped!  ::)

Sometimes threads are just screaming for a reality check.

For me, it's hard to say - I haven't thought that far ahead yet. But seeing as I've been training for 15-16 years at the moment, there's a good chance I'll still be training in some capacity in another 15-16 years.
