How far out from a show should I start doing 2-a-day cardio sessions??

There is no set rule. Are your glutes in? If not then change some things around.

Post pics and the date of when you want to be in shape and i can try to estimate.

Well if you are dieting correctly then 2 months is more then enough time to lose 15 pounds without cardio.

If you are 15 pounds and 2 months away from show time, I would start doing 2-a-day cardio sessions now, while keeping your diet the same.

What type of diet........a typical days eating for you?

What type of cardio,how many days per week,and duration of each session?

How many days training,and what type of routine are you following?

How much water intake daily?

Are you still losing bodyfat?

Too many variables for there to be a cut and dried answer.

when the cardio and diet stop working you change something. if its working and you are still losing wait ,leave it alone.

have u competed before,,, just couriois of how u came to the assumption that u only need to loose 15lbs?.... as far as competing goes you need to do whatever is needed to get your condition, if that means u end up doin 3 sessions a day towards the end, so be it...
