Flex makes me laugh.. when he had the worlds best physique arguably.. he used to mope around on bfto tape like he was doing the fans a favout to train or show some kind of enthusiasm to train... he made up been attached by ninjas....
he stated more than once he hated training.. and when he retired he wouldnt be be inside a gym
..
now he is a shadow of himself he is all enthusiastic... and into training....

what even funnier is he said that many times, he said it even before he got his pro card. And when he said it again back in 1997, Shawn Ray blasted for it. But who is the one who is fat now, and won't train? Shawn Ray.

Flex knows only training, whether it be for martial arts or Bodybuilding.

LL Cool J, says he hates training as well and look at him. It's his physique that keeps the Ladies Loving Cool James.

We definitely need more pics of men chained up, or men bending over in chains.

It would remove this gentle, "gay" stigma of bodybuilding, and take things back to the time when men could oil up and pose with chains and people wouldn't think anything negative.
