Those are just silly stores who buy market samples or scratch and dents for the most part.  Think of them like Used Car Dealers rather than the actual authorized Dealer.

As a minimalist myself I like that bed except for the headboard that is split in two.

Yes that sounds functional but it looks like it would make it difficult to make my move for round two on whatever skanky ho I have in bed with me.
