i have been readin getbig for a while now but for some reason haven't posted anything..
I didn't really want to post on the G&O board so i thought i would post here..
i have been lifting weights for nearly 15 years and in that time everything the bbing has changed...
But anyway here i am.

no my legs suck, they need to be a lot bigger. my upper body is pretty decent but i need the lower body to grow aswell
