When doing pecs, Bi's or Tri's, even legs, are you suppose to do do a hit in each muscle or just just one.  I have been cutting the ML in half and doing both muscles, is it necessary.  SI just only show the guy doing one side

I just do one side and leave the other side for the next injection.  No reason to split the dose up unless your doing 4-5cc's.  Smaller muscle groups you should also do smaller amounts (like bi's/tris 2cc's etc.)

ML I have been starting off low since its the first time in these spots.  Pecs at .75 each, bi's at .50.  Its a wonder because you dont split up glute shots, its just seems like you should do both pecs or whatever the small muscle is.  Is it bad to do both

Right or wrong, I split my daily 2cc test prop/1cc tren ace injections into two syringes (with the exception of glutes) and use the following rotation:

Inner calves - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Lower Quads - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Middle Quads - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Upper Quads - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Left Glute - 3cc
Right Glute - 3cc
Outer Calves - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Lats - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Outer Triceps - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Delts - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Outer Upper Chest - 1.5cc/1.5cc
Inner Lower Chest - 1.5cc/1.5cc

Nice rotation, I hadnt heard or thought of splitting up the quads or pecs that way.  Im with you in the inflammation, Id rather have both of the muscles feel the same, and also why not I dont see were it hurts anything

Here's what's cool about my HRT and my wife...because I fixed my hormonal imbalance and got back in shape over the last 1.5 years it has motivated her to workout...she's seen me completely transform my body and thinks it's cool (plus she sees how much more attention I get from girls...even her friends).

She's never really had to work out AT ALL because she truly has world class genetics and can eat crap constantly and still look awesome.  She's very very lucky in that respect....She's had three kids and has a better body than 99% of women on this planet - even ones without kids.  And it's all without ANY excercise. 

Yes I'm bragging for her....but it's also irritating.

I have to workout hard and eat perfectly to stay in great shape.  And her?  She drinks wine and eats a bowl of ice cream in bed every night and does not gain a pound. 

I've always told her that if she would just workout and clean up her diet just a little bit she would put most of these fitness girls to shame - and DRUG FREE! 

So, the fact that she's gotten motivated and just finished her first week in the gym with weights and cardio has me pumped to see how great she will respond and look.
