Been training for close to 15 years, and in that time a shitload of stuff has changed.
anyway i am here to stay. and voice my opinion on everything...
nice to post here and i want to be here for a while so be nice...

What type of dieting do you do for contest prep?  How much cardio?

yeah thanks man, i have trained pretty much all my adult life, there is nothing better in the world, (well maybe a couple of things better)

my diet sucks, it goes for about 12 weeks depending on how i look at the start and how much body fat i need to lose.
i try to do cardio all year round (when i remember at least) i just habe to step it up when diet time comes

How many days a week are you doing cardio (while prepping) and what kind of cardio?  Also do you cycle carbs, or eliminate them completely?

I hear ya... i'd prefer the older style trunks too. Can't say I feel comfortable when dude's are yankin their trunks up etc...

cardio is done 6 days a week, usually on the bike treadmill or stepper, not intense but i do it for a long time. sometimes 2 hours a day (well i think thats a long time).
i never eliminate carbs, i can not function will out them and my muscles look extreamely flat when i have no carbs in my system.
