I am trying to bulk up with a keto style diet,

Is creatine worth taking on this type of diet?

i don't see why muscle mass cant be gained within ~1-2% bodyfat gain

there is no way possible for you to get bigger by cutting carbs. dont be an idiot..

As long as adequate calories are provided with protein and fats, you don't need that many carbs.

I've gone from 200 lbs with 38 inch waist to 225 lbs with 37 inch waist.  16 weeks so far.
