Next Nutrition spilt into two companies. Another person purchased the Detours Bars, under the name Forward Foods. Next Nutrition runs the Designer Whey drinks and powders, including the Biggest Loser powder.
In any event, Forward Foods declared Chapter 11 bankruptcy because of the massive recalls coming back from their product due to PCA selling tainted peant. Nothing is wrong with the bars, and I have not heard ONE person telling me they got sick from protein bars, but under FDA guidelines, they need to take it back.
Take back 75% of your products that you sell for the last month, and can't sell anything this month, and you have a cash flow problem.
New products will be back within two weeks, and the cash flow should start flowing again.
