These video chats are interesting into learning and asking whatever questions you want from someone.  This Friday, they are going to have Mike Ergas on.   Justin TV is the tool used for these 24/7 broadcasts, and they are pretty fun to look at sometimes if you are bored.

I trained with Mike last night. He is getting ready for the NY Pro and is currently 250Ib's at 5'6 - the best I have ever seen him - much fuller. Neil Hill (who preps Flex Lewis) is working with Mike. He was military pressing 315 and was punching out strict side raises for 15reps with 75Ibs.

Mike Ergas is one of the nicest people you could ever meet!!!

He trains damn hard and I think 250lbs sounds accurate for him right now since I just chatted with him at the LA Fitness Expo.

Actually..... I recently lowered it...  it used to be 280lbs but nobody spoke to me!   :P
