I've noticed that the lowcarb/high fat approach is becoming a popular bash thing on MD now.

Branch looks good though on 600 gr carb's.

Branch doesn't throw plates around in metroflex. So many people get this confused. It's his workout partners that throw plates around, and pull plates off the leg presses and lets it drop on the floor, etc. The only thing that branch ever drops/throws or whatever is dumbbells after a set of either incline or flat dumbbell presses, he drops them to the floor (he might do the same on laterals, i dont remember), but not any more than Ronnie coleman does in his videos.

Yea, his left one was the one that was tore.  I don't think it was a major tear though IIRC, but looks like it healed up nicely.

That's the first time I've heard Branch Warren's voice - he speaks real fast and I didn't expect him to talk like that - I expected a slow Texan drawl like Ronnie.

Looks great doing the pushdowns,

When he starts hitting the MM, he doesn't have the seperation or shape of a Vic or Kai.

No doubt he will be hard as a rock on stage though.

reminds me of a mini Dorian.
