'77 and '78 Olympia videos

A vivid reminder that the show's often fixed.

Zane was neither cut nor big in '77; he didn't deserve the win. Robinson though not as sharp as he had been was no less cut than Zane. Corney also lookin good.

Zane lookin a lot better here, but so did some of the other guys who should've beaten him, including Robinson & Callendar looking great, Padilla almost as good except that he wasn't quite as sharp as he'd be later, and Corney.

i never got how zane won , robby was the best of the 70s he had zanes asthetics and more mass and better cuts

Sure he did but so did others who don't get quite the same aclaim because supposedly they lost in these contests. Padilla and a bunch of others including Mentzer, Szkalak and Robinson felt so strongly about this that they either retired or left the IFBB. Really unfortunate-with better, fairer shows Weider could've retained a large group of top BBs who left the scene.

Because he was white, and Robby is insane. All marketing.
Who ever heard of a fixed "Men in Thongs" contest?? Unheard of  ::)
