Here's the basic premise of the epiphany that just occurred to me as I was watching the evening news:
Our new Presidential administration is composed largely of people who were social outcasts, political subversives in their younger years, those with fringe viewpoints and ideologies, who suddenly find themselves in power. America is becoming more of a freak-friendly nation. The needs and rights and entitlements of the few are going to be moved to the forefront at the expense of the many.
Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I guess that's the question.
