I'm 5'9 w/ a 29" waist. 13-14" but I'm not a bodybuilder I'm normal.

@162lbs. It's not like I'm 230 anymore.

I'm wearing 32" waist pants now and they are falling off.

You probably look like an athlete and your bodyfat must be pretty low
good stats IMO, arms could be a little bigger though

I don't know my bf% I have those digital calipers and it came out to like 10.5% last time I checked a couple months ago. Arms have always been on the small side. At least there's not a huge stomach and moobs overshadowing them now.
