I didn't see a whole lot of "peak contraction, holding it, flexing it for a long time, strict training" that Dobson talked about. I wonder what the heavy and sloppy training used to look like.

Looked at the incline presses. As sloppy as they come. What the hell was Dobson talking about?  ::)

Branch was maybe good for 2-3 fairly strict full range reps with 4 plates. But these were bounced half reps.

Did you even read what I wrote? That's how Brian Dobson described Branch's training. I have no problem with how he trains but it's not what Dobson says it is. Look at the damn video and listen and see if you think Dobson is describing it correctly.

The training video you posted a few days ago was very impressive btw, you damn beast you.
