V8 is good.  If dieting, you're better off getting the food volume of eating the veg tho.

If bulking, add vodka, worcestershire, pepper, tabasco, and lime juice.

my wife bought some of that shit sometime last year in august.  i haven't had one out of a 24 pack, i opened one, took a sip, spit it out and never went near it again.
