And honestly, in the past two years there's been a number of North Carolina NPC competitors that have been passing away due to heart failure before they even hit 30.  Its pretty bad and its one of the reasons I quit using in 2001.  Its not worth it

Actually more people are messing with insulin because its easy to obtain.  And you don't see the spikes in death simply because you don't notice them.  In the paper, it will say heart failure, liver or kidney failure, diabetes related...etc.  Its not going to say "steroids".  Steroids may not cause death directly but its a contributor to other factors


And steroids have always been there and they've been killing people just as quick.  Heck the person to created Dianabol bit the dust because of his own product.
