Thanks.  ALR has been a great help to me especially Troy.  I'm very grateful to them for everything they've done.  After the 2007 Olympia they gave me the Tri-Lean System and the WTF Pumped and when I saw the results they produced, I kept on with getting more stuff and well....here we are today.

ALR works and the pictures don't lie...especially mine and its nice to have some good pictures for a change.  But the war isn't over yet, I got to dig deep and take it to the upper limit in conditioning because the folks at the NGA come in super-shredded.  I'm likely not to win but I'm still going for the win.  Can't accept going for second place...gotta always make a run for the No 1 spot.

Why even say "I'm likely not to win." Screw that bro. I am in life to win everything and no matter how big or small.

I'd have never tought that I'd say this once, but honestly Cumdrum made progress.

Don't get me wrong, he still looks like shit. But he improved from horseshit to dogshit.

x2

where is he improved?

He's firmed up the flabby arms a bit and they look rounder and he's also tightened up his chest a little, while added a little width to his back.

Even though the last thing he should be thinking about is doing a show, he *does* now finally look a guy who works out a little.  If he was smart, he would just focus on continuing to build muscle, but being Vince...

You may want to download the picture and zoom in because I do have cuts on my legs and some good ones to.  I'm training them much harder now so they'll be present come show day

I was at the lake that day goofing around in the sun when I took those pictures, so I didn't bother pumping up or anything.

Tre, I don't compete from the living room, I do it onstage.  That's the only way you get better.  However I'm not resting on my improvements, I'm still at the gym training and dieting for this event

Are you going to give the judges a magnifying glass/binoculars so they can see your cuts too?

IMO, you're way behind schedule. If you go on a very low calorie diet for the next 7 weeks, maybe you can make it to decent condition. In any case, best of luck!

That has been his problem all along. If he = not just trying to be a goofbal with his competing, then he needs to learn. He starts way to late with his dieting every year. He needs 15 - 30 weeks more of dieting if he is every do achieve a decent condition.

But what I'm saying is that there's not enough muscle there for him to even start dieting yet without taking something.

Don't compete yet.  Since you're determined not to use anything, spend another 6-9 months putting on some muscle, which means HEAVY squats, not simply the get-through-the-workout-squats that many of us do.

My argument is that you HAVE made progress and that trying to get ready for a show is only going to hurt your progress at this point.  You don't know how to eat (or don't have the discipline for it), so keep building muscle and worry about competing in 2010.

That might be so (Debussey was only refering to his lack of conditioning). If anything, dieting of some flab before bulking again can be beneficial to his improvement.

You know, come to think of it, that pic couldn't have been taken this past weekend.  It's in either WNC, north Ga or South Carolina and the trees are a heck of a lot more green right now than that.  Looks like Lake Hiawassee, but I could be mistaken.  Maybe Vince is pulling a fast one and those pics were taken about a month ago.....not that it really matters one way or the other.
