One thing that differentiates me from a lot of the guys in this business is that I don't sell sunshine or rose-colored glasses.  Even the young women get it straight from me.  The industry is what it is and the earlier people know certain realities, the better off they'll be.  I don't promise anything other than what I *know* I'm going to deliver, which is an honest day's pay for an honest day's work.
