The problem in womens BB is not them being 'exploited' as you put it, it's the AAS abuse and their desire to look like Ronnie Coleman in a bra and thong!  The femininity of womens BBing is out the window and has been for a very long time, women should look like women FFS!

The so called 'exploitation' is somewhat good for the sport, it tries to portray the she beasts in some sort of sexy, female light....making them look a little more appealing.

He just needs to lose the thin layer of water underneath the skin, it distorts his definition. Also a carb up will fill out those flat muscles in no time.

Wow, didn't know June 6th was a week away.....  ;D   But oh well.....everything's looking purdy and I'm keeping the carbs low until the Monday of the week of the show.  That will give me sufficient time to fill the glycogen stores in the body and pump the muscle back up and come in with guns blazing.


My show is the same day as Arvilla's at the NGA Night Of Champions in Greensboro so if you're close by then show by and say hello.  


BTW folks, I've used no steroids, no GH, no insulin, no diuretics, and no Species Nutrition ....so nice try folks....... ::)

How can you spill over your carbs when your at 10-12 % bodyfat on stage?
These are the guys that say, I was shredded 2 days ago, what happened?
What happened is in your home by yourself, in certain lighting everbody looks lean.But when your standing next to a guy who is really lean,or ripped what you really look like starts to show.
Anybody can have a good gym body.Heck right now I have a great gym body, but if you put me on stage right now I would look like dog shit.I see so many guys who look great in the gym, because there is no one to compare them to plus clothes hide flaws.On stage, is where you seperate the boys from the men.Vince I wish you luck, but I think you just didnt cut it this time.
