And yes, many copycats out there, but the original covers most of it. A lot of newer writers also adds irrelevant shit as you say.

Debussey's interest in things like creative visualization comes from reading about its use in sports psychology and having tested it out itself in many areas with great results.

Debussey = also interested in how one can use techniques used by psychologists (like EMDR) to improve performance.  

One thing = for sure. There are no "secret methods". Using these ways of thinking and advanced techniques requires lots of practice.

Yeah, Melvin is right about the many dickheads on Getbig. Sometimes they goad people into changing for the better. When it comes to bodybuilding competitions it is always wise to err on the side of being too ripped. Makes you wonder how big the pros are who manage to compete at heavy bodyweights and still show striations.

Melvin is on track for a better showing. Trouble is he will end up a middleweight the way he is going. What happened to those 19 inch arms? They can't be over 17 at the moment.

Interesting take on it.

Debussey agrees that most people are born to be mediocre. Groups of humans have a tendency to cluster around the average, and only a few deviates greatly. (Gayer than the bell curve).
