Anyone remember the furcoat guys?

I went to the SF grand prix in 01 and 02, and at both shows there were these two guys who wore big, gaudy, fur coats, had shaved heads and bleached goatees, and they wore sunglasses indoors.  I heard from a few people at the show that they were part of the scene, and showed up at many of the pro shows.  Anyone have any idea who or what I'm talking about?
