A retard mistake espec as his name is in teh same place as everyone else's in the EU. However E. Europeans are only coming here 5 years and only up north last 2 so its a mistake i could overlook once. Not 50 times...retards

It was southern(republic of Ireland) cops,and indeed it was a retarded error but all the new generation of cops here are wasters

LOL, while it is funny it is a sad indicment of what the fuck is going on over here with many eastern european drivers thinking they are extras in the streets of San fransisco as soon as they arrive in the U.K.

Fed up about reading some johnny Foreigner on his favorite uncles license wiping out some kid at traffic lights, and then claiming to not know how western european traffic laws work!
