Markus Ruhl - how did he fix his chest?

How did he fix his chest?  did they reinsert the muscle or put in an implant?  looks good!

maybe he shouldn't use a grip twice as wide as his shoulders, maybe then he will not tear his chest, maybe then he will have
a muscle group named triceps. That's just my 2 cents

my chest wont seem to heal. feels like a big old knowt in pec.armpit area

no i just hurt it i think by widening my grip too much like a dork.

never rested it. got worse. chest tomorro gonna take it so easy again 5x5 200lbs 5x10 with 70lbers incline then 5x15 b/w dips.

i think it needs worked out as rest nverer mad emuch difference

Have you tried some deep, painful massage therapy?

Be smart and careful.  It doesn't take much weight to tear a traumatized muscle.

he fixed it right after he tore it

in that pic it looks better than at the last O he competed in... yes,... but only because he has alot of fat and water covering up the inner pec...
