can anyone give me advices to a website that resizes photos for free. i have to try to resize photos for my mate to be no bigger than 250kb and dont know where to start or how to do it

Photo + change size bla bla,

then 2 boxes that says 100%

change Both of them tp 50 for example

id rather use this free and small apps over ps3, the batch resize command just sux...and doing it in paint? sure it works for 1 pic, but not when you want to resize moren than just one

I downloaded photoshop for free. Ridiculous. I have got a hold of quite a few programs I need only the once off torrents etc. So good
