the state deficit isnt his fault though...as governor arnold is actually trying to do a good job... which is more than 95% of elected officials can say..

as far as the no drugs in sports thing... blah.... give it a bout 20-30 years for all the old people to die off and we wont have to deal with any of the authoritarian bullshit anymore

and why would they.just made people belive that we are testing.that is all required.testing is effective tool officials use to control athleats.their is nothing else into it.all athleats in all sports use steroids.dont we all know it.so why waist our time on this undisputed issue.

That's not what he said. He said he was the first to have drug testing at the competiton. The 1990 Arnold Classic was the first show to get drug-tested. That's the one where Shawn Ray got DQed and Mike Ashley ended up winning it all.
