What music do you listen to these days while lifting weights?

the main bands i listen to on my earphones are
Pantera/Slayer
and...
Linkin Park, the song numb(origonal version with hardly any rap in it) is my favourite when i'm doing heavy bench pressing, helps me get the full 8 reps lol. (I know linkin park is for angstridden teenagers though Lmao)

I listen to some black people's music but sometimes i listen to white people's music, it depends if i feel like having a criminal, gangster workout or an intelligent, artigulate workout.

Right now, Soundgarden, Pantera, that old Static X album from about 10 years back, and NWA's "Straight Outta Compton."

For a while a bit back, I was on a classic country kick- Merle Haggard, Cash, Frizzell, that type of stuff. Bit odd, but I had some really productive workouts to them.

On the way to the gym it's been Godflesh "Streetcleaner" or "Songs of Love and Hate."  On the way home to chill out it's either the  new Killers or Coheed and Cambria.
