It's usually pancakes, eggs and bacon.
x2 - the pancakes and bacon, usually substitute tukey sausage instead.

I love having steak for breakfast, and while not currently liking eggs like a fanatic, I don't mind if I have them before bed.

I don't know.  they're as old as I am.  I remember eating mac n chz and tuna'egg patties off them as a child.  they just kinda made the trip when i moved.  My guess would be hand-me-downs from my grandparents, etc.
