Actually he was the WNBF World Champion in 1994 but he's actually over 40...I believe 42 if I'm not mistaken

Makes you wonder how long he will be able to compete. And how good he would have been if he had been doing the things he is doing now 10 years ago.

it would be 32... 19 + 13years (1996 - 2009) = 32

you're right, I was still asleep.   but his website says it took 16 years to get his IFBB pro card in 2004, so 19+16+4  = 39.   he could have meant from age 17 or 18, but that still puts him in his late 30s.

damn, Kai must be dieing these last few weeks.
Awful interview because the interviewee's are completley drained from contest prep. I like Flex and Shawn, not as good as Palumbo but not bad either.

Even after his hideous photos with the grapefruit, the sick leather getups, etc. I figured I'd try to get past that and just judge him on his physique and personality. But after hearing that pathetic interview, tired or not, the man has no charisma, no personality, no redeeming factors except his body. Compared to Kai, Jay Cutler is literally Mr. Excitement!

Kai is normally a fairly charismatic character.

Ok, maybe they caught him at a bad moment...but c'mon, I know you're a huge fan of the guy and I do think he has an awesome physique..but when you're on a radio show or a Tv show, you've got to represent yourself. Even if you feel like total shit, you should promote yourself and be charismatic. Maybe because I'm a film maker , and have done acting, I see it differently. Yes, he gives some unique posing exhibitions, but he needs a personality coach.
