edit: That was the worst "radio show" i'v ever listened to, first they have Kai who is on death's door and can't talk, then they have Branch Warren and there is so much static that you can't hear a word he fucking says, then they have Victor who is eating dinner at a resteraunt and puts them on hold randomly and you can hear people talking in the background of the resteraunt. To make it worse the questions they ask are pathetic and have been asked already a million times before and they have rap music playing every five seconds when they skip to the ads.

FAIL.

I have a bad feeling that Kai won't do too well at the Arnold.

1: he is way too heavy and won't be very conditioned

or

2: He tries to drop a ton of weight in order to get good conditioning, and loses alot of muscle

Kai sounds like he's been taking some DNP or a high dose of clenbuterol. He's suffering that's for sure because he sounds horrible. If he keeps doing stupid shit like that he'11 either be the Arnold Classic Champion or in a wooden box.

Victor....well you gotta eat.

I can say the MD show was better than Heavy Muscle Radio this time. Its the week leading to the Arnold and while MD is interviewing the top Arnold competitors, they have Ronnie Coleman and Dr Scott on the show.

And Shawn and Flex have adjusted their microphones so they don't sound like cartoon characters.

that could be said for pretty much every top competitor, but he was huge back in 99 when I'd see him training at Johnny Lats in NYC.

The bio on his website doesn't give his date of birth, but it says he was a pro in a natural org at 19, and it took 16 years to turn pro in the IFBB in 2004 makes him about 40.
