Ronnie is amazing. I would love to know what did he start doing to go from a 16th level Olympia to Number 1. And don't say lift heavier.
His cycle changed and so did his body. You can see it all break down in the last few years and don't give me a nerve issue from slipping on baby powder bullshit.
