just tuned in, he does look a tad bit awkward, they should zoom out a bit man LOL...he really is a confident speaker and comes across as an intelligent man especially when speaking off the cuff. If you would have seen him speaking during, before or after the hurricane you would agree.

seems to much like a campaign man they needed ppl standing behind him at a podeum(spelling) not him standing by himself with the camera zoomed in where you can see that he is moving his hand but not what he is gesturing.

He's normally a much better speaker like mctones is saying.  Might just be better at conversation than he is at speeches. 

Not his best speech by a long shot...but the content of his information is dead on.

was thinking the same thing although i remember seeing him during the latest hurricane speaking presumably off the cuff at a press conference/update on the situation and he was very confident.
