he had good lat width, but yes the rest of the video is garbage! i am just not interested in the playground strength athletes.

its like watching someone do a cycling spin class, sure biking in one spot for an hour is cool and i probably would suck wind and die from it but it still bares no interest to me what so ever.

the first tape was awesome with the deadlift and gymnastic stuff,the second tape was funny,id like to see those guys legs,the traditional prison workout,the traditional prison build with cut upperbody and pencil legs

the other guys in the video.... its not hard to hold your weight up if u have skinny legs(less weight)...ie: baggy pants to look like big legs.

the first few minutes of that video were filmed at the NYSC off of the Belt Pwky in Brooklyn, that location used to be a Golds Gym some time ago.  I have never seen him dead lift or do any kind of leg training before.  But I have seen doing his jumgle gym routine, pretty cool.

as stated in my previous post I work out at that gym. It is Franchise called NYSC, granted that I wasn't there when the video was shot but I dont see how he could have have snuck in the fake plates. Anything is possible, but judging my the people in the background that looks to be in evening time. Tons of trainer, tons of front desk people. Also you enter the gym on the second floor (cardio and classes floor) then have to walk the length of then and then down to the ground level to do weight training.....

I know half the guys here have to be cynical tough-ass critics, because that's what makes you look like the world-weary sage, but that is impressive stuff. How is watching one minute of a guy do a feat of strength you've never seen before boring? Some guys here must have the attention span of a potato.
