Looking good my man. I'm not a pre-madonna at all just giving advice. Everything cooks differently. You should skewer everything together seperately. Chicken takes a lot longer to cook then a cherry tomato. And never ever put salt on until the very end for flavor. Salt sucks the moisture out of foods. Especially on high heat/bbq's. My web designer is coming over tomorrow. I take pics of everything I make. She'll show me how to post pictures once and for all. I'll post some of my creations. Rock on my man and keep cooking!

You're a genius, I'll remember that!  8)

Thank you

Not enough Vegis to make me a liberal, just enough to take me out of the neo con zone.  8)

Do you ever salinate your chicken Tim?  I've found salty marinaides or even soaking it in plain saltwater increases moisture.  Don't know the nuts and bolts of how it works tho.

i do this with turkey's.... its called "brining" with a turkey... big bucket or bag of water with a bunch of salt and seasonings.... the flavored water seeps into the turkey via "osmosis"...  learned this in my r.o.p. culinary arts class

+1.  A lot of bodybuilders fail in the kitchen.  They bust their ass in the gym and then eat badly because they are hopeless cooks.

If Tim is willing, can we get the man a sticky?  Mise en place!

OK, did what you said cheftim, skewered all like vegi's together, no salt until after they were ready to serve.  Can't see from the photos, but also had Mushrooms, Onions and Zucchini.

Chicken marinated in continental style sauce.

Your tips made a big difference.

Thank you :D

Rock on my Man. Salt at the end is always best. Especially with veggies. Here's another trick. I see that the marinade on the chicken is very wet. Remove the grates from the grill. Get the grill full temp. Before the you put the grates on the grill. Spray the living hell out out of the grates with Pam spray. AWAY FROM THE HEAT. Put the grates on the grill and now those suckers are nonstick. Meats with wet marinades or anything else shouldn't stick. Sucks when food sticks to the grill. You rip it all up and it looks less then pleasant to eat.

Hell yeah, I'll do the grate trick next time.  This keeps getting better and better
