Anyone like chocolate?

100% chocolate. Centerpiece for tonights event. Party starts at 8.30. I have one more hour to let it harden a bit more and set it up on the main table. African theme. Ostrich and lots of other funky ingredients are on the menu tonight. Gonna rock it!!!

cheftim...do you consider using less cruel meats in your recipes, like veal and pork....and do you promote free range and humane certified meats?  just askin
