Some times I get fresh Organic Chicken, but I really like to get a deal on a big ass bag of frozen breasts.

I don't know. I had never tried it and my dad had a breast sitting on his counter the other day so I ate it. It was pretty good. I may try it again some time, although I am not a huge fried chicken eater and when I do have it about 4 times a year it's always the premade stuff from the grocery store which imo is delicious. As far as your original question, I am not picky about brand names, whatever looks best, usually Perdue I believe.

Generally the big tyson bags of frozen chicken. I wait till it is buy 1 get one free and stock up, then do it again when i get low.
